Jam or Jelly, 4 Oz

 Our Strawberry Jam is made from whole strawberries that we picked at local farms or bought organically. We mash the whole berries, add a little lemon and all-organic cane sugar. Strawberry jam is excellent on peanut butter and jelly or on toast for breakfast.

 Our Jalapeño Jelly is made with fresh jalapeños and banana peppers. We grind the whole peppers app add some granulated cane juice and vinegar to make a fresh jalapeño jelly with lots of flavor. Jalapeño jelly is good served over cream cheese with crackers or toast.

 Habanero Jelly is one of our customers favorite. We grind the habaneros and bell peppers up, add some vinegar and granulated cane juice to make a mild but flavorful pepper jelly. Serve over cheese with crackers or you can mix in a little ginger and pineapple juice for a glaze over meat before grilling.

 We get our apples for our Apple Butter in huge bins from an organic farm in Colorado. Unlike most commercial apple butters, we use a variety of apples to make a flavorful butter. After grinding into applesauce we add cinnamon, nutmeg and other spices to make a flavorful mixture that then simmers down for several hours into the best apple butter you'll ever taste.

Enjoy the wholesome taste of fresh-ground whole grains from Homestead Gristmill. We use the single-step process of grinding with natural granite stones which preserves the nutritional value of the grain.
