Orders and product questions
Email is the clearest way to ask about an order, shipping damage, ingredients, storage, product availability, or which flour, cornmeal, grits, or wheat berries fit what you plan to make. Send the product name and any relevant order details, but do not email payment-card information.
Visits and wholesale
The mill store is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and closed Sunday. Groups interested in seeing the milling process should contact the mill in advance. Bakeries, restaurants, and retailers can use the same email address for wholesale availability, quantities, and distribution questions.
