Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us. This may include your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information.

We also use PostHog and Microsoft Clarity to measure pages viewed, product and variant interactions, cart and checkout steps, device and browser information, and campaign or referring-source details. Form inputs are masked in session recordings. We do not send payment information, names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, postal codes, or secret Shopify cart keys to these storefront analytics events. Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals disable this storefront behavioral analytics loading.

If you request a shipping estimate, the selected wheat variety, quantity, and ZIP code are sent directly to Shopify to calculate a temporary carrier quote. The estimator does not add the item to your shopping cart. The ZIP code is not included in our storefront analytics event payload; country, quoted shipping amount, and service level may be recorded for aggregate analysis. Completed-order analytics may retain only the coarse shipping country and state, not the city, street address, or ZIP code.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process your orders, communicate with you about your account or transactions, and send you marketing communications if you have opted in.

If you submit a general business review or product review, we use the email address and optional order number you provide only to validate the submission and, when applicable, check whether it is tied to a purchase. Those details are not displayed with the review. Approved reviews may show your chosen display name, rating, review text, submission date, and verified-customer or verified-purchase status.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with third-party service providers who help us operate our website and business, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, PostHog, and Microsoft Clarity, only for the services they provide.
