1 cup HOMESTEAD PORRIDGE
Directions
Bring water and salt to a boil. Add porridge, stirring constantly for 3 minutes.
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

1 pkg HOMESTEAD OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIE MIX
1 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 t vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.
In medium bowl, cream butter, egg and vanilla.
Add cookie mix gradually; blend well.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove to cooling rack.
