Ingredients
1/3 cup soft butter
1 1/2 cups Sucanat
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups HOMESTEAD WHOLE SPELT FLOUR
1 t baking powder
1 T cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Cream butter and 1 1/4 cups Sucanat; add eggs and blend.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a 9″ x 9″ oiled baking dish. Sprinkle top with 1/4 cup Sucanat.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool before cutting.
